With many years of business experience under my belt, I opened a child care center with my sister 18 years ago. Even with my experience, I was still overwhelmed but I knew I had the ability to apply some new practices to child care.

I knew I needed to do this for my team, the students, the parents, myself, and my family!

After a little research, some trial and error, my sister and I created The Success MAP. A system we have been using for 18 years at our child care center.
