We use a SWOT Analysis at our center to thoroughly evaluate the key areas we need to focus on. We then implement a system to prioritize quick fixes and long-term projects, creating a comprehensive plan to ensure everything gets completed efficiently.

 

My team, along with members of The Director's Club, are getting together to complete a SWOT Analysis and project plan for the summer and beyond.

What is a SWOT Analysis?

 

A SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning tool used to identify and evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats related to your business or project. It helps you understand your internal and external environments, allowing you to make informed decisions and create effective strategies for growth and improvement.
