She offers both live and on-demand professional development for directors and teachers, bringing a wealth of experience in center operations and teacher empowerment. Noelle's mission: to elevate the child care industry, one center, one team, and one future leader at a time!

Jeremy Sturdiant Sr.
Key Note Speaker, Pre-K Teacher
Jeremy, Mr. Jay, is a proud father. He is originally from York, Alabama . Mr.Jay is a Lead Prek Teacher. He has been teaching and living in Atlanta,Georgia for 10 years now. Mr. Jay is very passionate about teaching our youth new ideas and strategies. He enjoys being the person in a child’s life who listens to their thoughts and feelings. Being able to watch children grow and learn is amazing. Teaching in ECE is special to him because he can help with setting the educational foundation in their journey of becoming respectful, intelligent, and well rounded individuals. Mr. Jay has a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently in Grad school getting his Master Degree in Secondary Education of Mathematics with an emphasis in STEM. Although academics is important , Mr. Jay focuses on daily interactions that encourage social, emotional, and physical development.
