EVERY WORKSHOP WILL DELIVER ACTION STEPS

Learn. Reflect. Collaborate.

In a survey of thousands of child care center direcrtors we heard LOUD and clear - they need time reflecting and getting more ideas on how to implement the amazing content you teach.  Our conference delivers REAL learning—Realistic, Engaging, and Actionable Learning Solutions. We want to design each 60-minute session is for maximum impact, transforming learning into immediate action when you go back to your center or classroom:

  • LEARN:  35 minutes of content delivery of your presentation, engaging participants with practical, relevant insights
  • REFLECT:  5 minutes for attendees to complete action statements in their workbooks we provide, detailing exactly how they plan to apply the content, followed by identifying a few specific challenges they anticipate.
  • COLLABORATE:  20 minutes of interactive coaching, where attendees share potential challenges when applying what they learned and receive tailored guidance to overcome them in real-world contexts from the presenter.
