This is not a training. It is a workshop.

This means you will walk away with your Get It Done system complete and you will begin using it while we are working together!

 

To complete your Get It Done system, you will need to commit to showing up, doing the work and being ready with the following:

  • Access to Facebook

    The challenge to set up your Get It Done System will meet in a private Facebook group, where I will go LIVE on 3/22, 3/23 and 3/24 at 2 pm EST. If you can not make the workshops at that time, you can visit the Facebook group any time to watch the trainings. We will also use this group to connect throughout the week.

  • One Notebook

    Find one that has a cover that you love or find to be fun! They have great options at 5 Below, WalMart, Target and Amazon. This will be called your Business Journal.

  • Tabs or Post-It Notes

    We will be making tabs in your Business Journal.

Our schedule and the curriculum are as follows:

  • Day 1: Business Journal

    You'll need that new notebook! Today, I'll show you how I use it, as well as the benefits of moving your center forward.

  • Day 2: 15-Minute Challenge

    I will walk you through how to find the 15 minutes and what to do with your Business Journal to take BIG steps, so you can FINALLY GET THINGS DONE!

  • Day 3: Create Your Get It Done Plan

    I will walk you through using the journal and the 15 minutes. I will show you how you can TRANSFORM your child care center using only 15 minutes and your Business Journal. YOU WILL LOVE THIS!

I've helped so many centers set this up and then I've watched them improve their centers, build enrollment and do some amazing things with their communities. When we implemented this system, we ALL saw the same benefits:
