Our conference delivers REAL learning—Realistic, Engaging, and Actionable Learning Solutions. Each 60-minute session is designed for maximum impact, transforming learning into immediate action when you go back to your center or classroom:

  • LEARN:  35 minutes of immersive content delivery of your presentation, engaging participants with practical, relevant insights
  • REFLECT:  5 minutes for attendees to complete action statements in their workbooks, detailing exactly how they plan to apply the content, followed by identifying a few specific challenges they anticipate.
  • COLLABORATE:  20 minutes of interactive coaching, where attendees share potential challenges when applying what they learned and receive tailored guidance to overcome them in real-world contexts from the presenter.

Jeremy Sturdiant Sr.

Key Note Speaker, Pre-K Teacher


Jeremy, Mr. Jay, is a proud father. He is originally from York, Alabama . Mr.Jay is a Lead Prek Teacher. He has been teaching and living in Atlanta,Georgia for 10 years now.  Mr. Jay is very passionate about teaching our youth new ideas and strategies. He enjoys being the person in a child’s life who listens to their thoughts and feelings. Being able to watch children grow and learn is amazing. Teaching in ECE is special to him because he can help with setting the educational foundation in their journey of becoming respectful, intelligent, and well rounded individuals. Mr. Jay has a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently in Grad school getting his Master Degree in Secondary Education of Mathematics with an emphasis in STEM. Although academics is important , Mr. Jay focuses on daily interactions that encourage social, emotional, and physical development.
