8-Week MasterShop
Where you will find guidance, templates, and community support needed to FINALLY create or update your People focused policies and procedures for your child care center.
Each week, we focus on a critical topic, providing you with templates and plans to update or develop essential systems. You'll learn, work on it independently, and then come together as a supportive group to mastermind ideas and finalize your projects.

We Meet Once A Week For 2-Hours:
- 1:00 - 1:30 Training On Topic & Review Resources
- 1:30 - 1:45 Mastermind to develop ideas on the topic
- 1:45 - 2:30 Camera's off and you're doing the work. We're here for you to jump in and ask questions and support you.
- 2:30 - 3:00 We all come back and mastermind to support one another so we complete the work
All sessions are recorded if you can't join us LIVE. There is also a Facebook group to support you every workday for the 8-weeks.
Week #1: November 1st
Welcome!
Standard Operating Procedures &
Operations Plan
- Create a Standard Operating Procedure Manual (SOP) using our template or uplevel the one you have.
- Set up your operations plan to get control over all of your administrative responsibilities for the entire center for Money, Administration and People.
- Create Success MAP's for all administrative positions to assign tasks.
- Learn my #1 time-saving task tip that involves something that is so simple! You will LOVE IT!
Week #2: November 7th
Create Your Recruiting Plan
- We need to rebuild our workforce. This week we will develop a plan, and document it, to recruit high-quality Teachers.
- Create emails and texts to engage with potential candidates prior to the interview to increase the chances of them coming.
- Develop a strategy during the interview so they will choose your center to work at over the one down the street!
Week #3: November 14th
Catch Up Week & AI Course Workshop
We're away at the NAEYC Conference in Nashville this week. Stop by our vendor booth, we would love to meet you in person! Don't think it's school vacation! LOL!
This week we will provide you with an AI Workshop you can watch on your own that will really help you jump start anything you need to develop at your center! You will go into your SOP and write your policies in NO TIME after completing this workshop!
We will be in the Facebook group all week answer your questions and supporting you too!
Week #4: November 21st
Orientation and On-Boarding Plan
- Once a new employee starts the clock starts ticking on first impression. We will vet out a great orientation plan for your new employees to engage with them and build strong relationships.
- Next, we will create or update your on-boarding program that not only trains them but also strengthens the relationship.
- These plans will increase your retention rates AND build strong leaders at your center.
Week #5: November 28th
Employee Retention Plan
- Once you get a great teacher you don't want to lose them! Here we will develop a plan to retain your teachers all year.

Week #6: December 5th
Create A Professional Development Plan For Your Team
- Most directors just complete a performance reveiw and give a teacher goals and that could be it for the year, not with this plan.
- We'll work together on a call to develop your centers plan to develop the teachers to align with the vision you have for active teaching in the classrooms.
- We will show you how to create collaboration and build leaders right before your eyes!
Week #7: December 13th
Staff Meetings That Inspire and Engage!
- You will LOVE THIS. Enough said.
- I show you how to create a dynamic staff meeting every single month that matches what you want them to focus on.
- This plan supports you in training, engagement, collaboration (YES PLEASE), and team unity.

Week #8: December 19th
Final Week and Review
This session we will spend the time reviewing Week #1 as that is the week that ties all of this together and helps us to keep up with this system. Then we will spend the remainder of the time answering any of your questions and mastermiding on the topics you need to discuss so that you can keep all your new systems in order and operating just how you want them.
Then our closing ceremony!
